UK Shipping

Orders under £25 postage & packaging cost £1.75
Orders over £25 is FREE

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt
  •  All UK orders are shipped by 1st class postage which can take 1-3 for delivery (but usally reaches you the next day after dispatch)
  • Orders over £25 will receive free (Record Delivery) postage

Europe & Ireland

Orders under £20 postage & packaging cost £3.45
Orders over £20 cost £9.45 (tracked & signed)
Orders over £60 is FREE

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt
  • Orders are shipped by Royal Mail which can take up to 5 working days for delivery

 

Rest of the world

Orders under £20 postage & packaging cost £4.45 (Standard shipping not tracked)
Orders over £20 cost £9.75 (tracked & signed)
Orders over £60 is FREE

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt
  • Orders are shipped by Royal Mail which usually take up to 14 working days for delivery. Some countries can take up to 30 days with standard shipping ie India, Australia etc unless tracked & signed is chosen which is a faster service and could reached you in as little as 10 working days or less. Contact us for further info.

Please be aware that international delivery depends on your local customs, weather, postal service or public holidays.
We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax if applicable

 

Returns

Please contact us within 14 days if you wish to return an item that was shipped correctly but then no longer required.
You must inform us by using the contact us form or by e-mail at: info@nailkandycharms.co.uk that you wish to return your product.

All items returned must be in the same packaging and same condition as you received them.

You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning your item to us and for any loss or damage during shipment, you can protect yourself by sending with a trackable postage service.
Upon our receipt of your returned item, we will contact you by e-mail and a refund will be issued to you within 3 days.

Shipping cost are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error.

If due to our error we send you the wrong item or your product has been damaged during Transit please contact us including photo evidence within 7 days of receiving your goods, as issues raised after this time frame cannot be rectified. We will then either refund you or resend your item again.

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns/exchanges if the product has been used.
All returns will be inspected upon receipt and if used unfortunaly a refunded will not be issued and we will contact you to let you know of the outcome. (Please note you will need to cover the shipping cost to have the products sent back to yourself).
